Dayne Horne
B. Chiropractic Science / M. Chiropractic
Dayne is our lead Chiropractor at MVP Health, Randwick. Since graduating from Macquarie University in 2018, he has worked in Sydney’s inner Western and Eastern suburbs.
Dayne’s passion for health and injury rehabilitation began at a young age playing rugby league. Over his adolescent years, Dayne sustained multiple injuries, including a severe neck injury at 17. Despite these injuries, Dayne went on to represent his country at the tertiary level in Canada and New Zealand. The rehabilitation of these injuries sparked his interest in the sports medicine and rehabilitation industry. Today Dayne continues to be involved with sports, working alongside Macquarie University as their national events Chiropractor.
Dayne strongly advocates a holistic approach to his patient's health and recovery. He will incorporate both manual and exercise-based therapy to ensure his patients achieve their most desired outcome: a reduction in pain, improved mobility or posture, a better night’s sleep, less stress and anxiety, or physical performance.
Leading by example, Dayne lives a highly balanced and active lifestyle. If he’s not in the gym, you’ll catch him playing OzTag in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs, swimming some laps or watching his beloved Wests Tigers.

Koray Kirk
B. Chiropractic Science / M. Chiropractic
Koray is a Chiropractor at MVP Health, Randwick. After completing his studies at Macquarie University in 2022, he spent time working across Australia before making his way back to Sydney's Eastern suburbs, bringing diverse clinical experience and a strong focus on sports-related care.
Koray's path to chiropractic was shaped by his own athletic background. As a rugby player and track athlete, he dealt with serious injuries including a grade 3 ACL rupture that he chose to rehabilitate without surgery, and a shoulder injury that required surgical repair. These experiences gave him a valuable perspective on recovery and inspired his commitment to helping others overcome physical limitations.
Alongside his chiropractic qualifications, Koray holds his ASCA Strength and Conditioning Level 1 certification and has worked as a sports trainer with Carlton FC (AFL) and various rugby union teams, giving him practical insight into athletic performance and injury management.
Koray's approach focuses on personalised, whole-body care. He blends hands-on treatment with movement-based strategies and education to tackle underlying issues and equip clients with tools for lasting results.
When he's not treating patients, Koray stays active through gym training, running, and remaining involved in the sports world that inspired his career.
